We've run Voice AI at scale.
Now we're bringing it to recruitment.
The team behind Recruit Bud has spent years building Voice AI in production, not just in demos.

Why we built Recruit Bud
Hiring has one big cost: people's time. For an agency, that time comes out of the margin on every placement. For a company hiring in-house, it's the cost of whoever is doing the screening. Either way, the most expensive part of the job is also the least skilled part.
The most time-consuming part of a recruiter’s day is also the least skilled.
Dial 50 candidates. Speak to 15. Find 5 worth shortlisting.
That is half a day, per role, per recruiter. Not because recruiters are slow, but because there has been no other way to do it.
Until now.
Voice AI can make those 50 calls. It works through the full list during business hours, asks the right questions, and returns a ranked shortlist.
The recruiter starts where they are actually useful: with candidates who already qualify.
We built Recruit Bud for that gap.
Not to replace recruiters. The relationship, the judgement, and the close stay with them. We simply cleared the path to it.
Before starting Recruit Bud, Saumil ran five million monthly voice AI calls at GreyLabs. He knows what breaks at scale and what does not.
Abhimanyu spent years inside how businesses actually run, handling tech transformations for F500 companies, as a management consultant and operator, and knows a product has to make financial sense before anything else matters.
We built this for the recruiter who should be closing roles, not spending their entire days on the phone.
What we stand for
Mission
Give hiring teams an unfair advantage, without asking them to add headcount
Vision
The best hiring teams in India shouldn't be the ones with the most people. They should be the ones with the sharpest process.
Values

Honest over polished
We say what the AI can do and what it can't. If it fails, it shows in the transcript. We fix it.

Built for India
WhatsApp, regional languages, and Indian pricing. Built from the ground up for how hiring actually works in India.

Outcomes over output
We win when your roles get filled. Not when a call gets made.
